The Lord of the Rings- come and gone
I HATE Peter Jackson. He ended the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I want to hear more about Gandalf the Grey, Samwise the Brave, Aragorn son of Arathorn, Gimli son of Gloin, Legolas of the Woodland realm.
As you can see I'm a huge LOTR fan. Tis' a tad late but the movie released here late. Saw all three back to back on the big screen. Increased understanding by fair amounts.
I hate you Peter Jackson. For ending it all. For raising the standard of movies so high. For making me love the movie so much that will not enjoy anything else again. For never allowing me to see anything of the sort again.
But thanks anyway......
Peter Jackson is a genius. Pure genius.
I don't think anyone could've done a better job than him. Of course, watch 'Meet the Feebles' or 'Braindead' and you'll have a whole new appreciation for him and his genius.

Of course, Jackson could have squeezed another couple of movies out of Tolkien's lengthy ending. Maybe you should hate New Line.

I'm not sure but I think it's 'Unfinished Tales' which Gandalf write after he leaves middle earth. then there's a story by someone else written by Christopher Tolkien. So it'll be a long time before the books are over for me
