"Pakistan's top nuclear scientist has admitted he leaked nuclear secrets to groups working for Iran, Libya and North Korea, Pakistani officials say.

Officials told journalists that Dr A Q Khan had confessed to passing on information about nuclear technology in the 1980s and 1990s."

Yahoo! News goes on to say more here and brands Abdul Qadeer Khan, founder Pakistan's nuclear program, as "the head of the [nuclear black market] ring believed to have been the main supplier through middlemen over three continents."

Now, does the world need more evidence that the Pakshitistanis are the scourge of the human race?
