George W Bush failed first grade math

Aside from the fact that George W Bush is a miserable failure, it has now been proven that his entire family (including his father) failed first grade math (and all subsequent attempts that involved numbers). How?

Simple... one look at this BBC News article here proves it. The article talks about how "the US will send astronauts back to the Moon by 2020, US President George W Bush has announced. [...] The US space agency will get an extra $1bn over five years in the proposal." The article then goes on to reference how "the president's father proposed sending men to Mars when he was in office in 1989 [...] the project went nowhere after its cost was estimated at up to $500bn."

Now, it is common knowledge that the United States is nearly $1 trillion in debt. So, this announcement begs the question... George, who taught you to add?
