US and India collaborate

The BBC News is reporting here that "President George W Bush has announced the US and India will increase co-operation on civilian nuclear and space programmes, and high-technology trade."

My take, I think the US is finally waking up to the fact that superpowers aren't necessarily the countries with the cleanest streets or the best power grids. They (superpowers) are the coutnries that have potential, tap it selectively, and above all survive on a stable democracy at any cost.

So, George, this is a smart move. And, I'm sure Pak[shit]istan is churning in their gutters, but who gives a fuck.
